My name is Danielle Paul and I am the author of this website. My goal is to share my story, expose the healthcare fraud and abuse that I experienced as a client of Shore Counseling and Consulting Clinic, and warn others of harm.

Diane O'Donnell was my nurse practitioner from 2016-2021 and she was both my therapist and nurse practitioner for five months beginning in August of 2020.

Ellen Reid, MS, LPC

Ellen Reid is a provider at Shore Counseling and Consulting Clinic, but she was never my provider; however, many claims were billed under her name. It is unclear if she is aware of her involvement or if she is part of the healthcare fraud that occurred.

Thomas Troast, PhD, LPC

White male. Thomas Troast is the director and CEO of Shore Counseling and Consulting Clinic. I met him for the first time on June 16th, 2022 after he confiscated my records, withheld them from me, accessed my personal information, contacted me, harrassed me, and insisted that I meet him in person to obtain my records. Then he refused to release my records to me and when I advocated for my legal rights, he told me that my tone was aggressive.

Thomas Troast inspired me to explore the possibility that healthcare fraud had occurred when he involved himself in my life.

When he is not harassing and abusing women in his mental health clinic, he enjoys coaching women's Tennis at Mount Mary University.
